Below are some resources that our psychologists and school counselors have assembled to help our staff talk with students about this tragedy. You may find these helpful in your conversations with your children. If the message that your children is hearing is consistent from all of the adults in their lives – both in school and at home - they will most likely have an easier time processing the senseless violence that transpired at Sandy Hook School.
